Product Handling System

This is a Product Handling System for the production of semiconductor chips. The system includes seven, cleanroom compatible, 5-axis SCARA robots and a linear transport system.

The system controls the complex planning, scheduling and movement of components to produce semiconductor chips. A key part to this project was the development of the safety operations and interlocks.
